We are constantly riding our vessels on the rough waters of life, where unpredictability rules supreme. Cruising along such waters requires patience, calmness and mindfulness, delicately balancing ourselves in the deep seas. The journey is worth taking, nevertheless.
Motivation needs a steady action plan for its fulfilment, is the general thought. However the real plan is what is designed by your innermost being, the primal urge. Let us take a look at both the sides

As humans, particularly young people, we are intrigued by external stimuli for our motivation. Take a moment to look inward, and you will see a world vastly different casting a much stronger pull.
Our shortcomings exist in our mind alone, though we think the world is aware of it. It is our own terrifying anxiety which, the sooner got rid of, the better.
